Our villa was built in 1914 and is full of stunning character features. It has three large bedrooms, open-plan living, dining and kitchen, a large bathroom, sunny outdoor area and a basic sleep out with separate toilet. There is enough space for the whole family or large groups to enjoy. Set in a beautiful street surrounded by large trees, come and listen to the birds and relax. Only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and close to cafes and town. We welcome you to enjoy a stay in sunny Hawke’s Bay!

Villa 11 was built in 1905 and has been renovated throughout in 2001. The villa sits on a large landscaped garden occupying a double section on the Napier Hill. We are only 10 minutes drive from Napier airport, and once here, only a 15 minute walk to the Ahuriri cafes, shops & beach and a 20 minute walk to the downtown Napier cafes, shops & Marine Parade. Situated on a no exit street in an excellent area, with its mature garden setting, it is very quiet & serene. Simply a lovely place to be.

Charming 3 bedroom villa in central Taradale, 200m walk from the Taradale shopping precinct and 40m walk to the bus stop to Napier Central. Bedroom 1 is a queen bed, Bedroom 2 is queen bed, and bedroom 3 has a single bunk over double bed. Suitable for couples or families up to 7, Elbourne Street is walking distance to Church Road Winery (1.4KM) ,Mission Estate (2.1KM). Ashton House is one of Napier's oldest and most iconic buildings. Built in 1875 as the Napier Courthouse, Ashton House has a rich history as a colonial landmark and community hub. The lower South wing has been converted into a spacious, luxury two-bedroom apartment. Located next to the MTG arts centre, & only a minute’s walk to the sea, the Convention Centre, hot pools, and some of Napier’s best cafes and restaurants. It doesn’t get any more ‘front row’ to be immersed in Napier’s iconic events.
