Please note the State of Hawaii / Maui County TAT and GED taxes totaling 18.5% are included in your quoted price. Additionally, there are no resort fees charged by Royal Kahana with the exception of a $18.00 daily parking fee paid at the front desk.

Very comfortable end unit 1 bedroom condo 2 bathrooms (818 sq ft) with views of the pool, partial ocean view, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, recently painted, new flooring in living room and conveniently located to everything you need, unit is airy and bright with extra windows. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and cooking utensils. A 5 mins walk to the beach and 10-15 mins leisurely stroll to nearby shops and stores. I take my own photos for my unit.

One of the nicest, if not THE nicest units at Papakea. Truly deluxe! Ocean front with full ocean view, just 30 feet from the ocean. If you are looking for multiple units, we are also owners of G104. This is a legally permitted vacation rental and is hotel zoned according to the County of Maui ordinances.
