Kemah Boardwalk is a 5 min. drive away and NASA Space Center Houston is only 10 min. This private loft is located halfway between Galveston Island and Downtown Houston each being only 35 min. drive. Brand new apartment. This is a private studio attached to my house with keypad entry exclusive use of Airbnb guest. One queen bed, kitchen with all the essential, super clean and confortable. WiFi, Smart Tv with access to Netflix, Hulu and more using your own accounts but also plenty of channels including news and movies. Great location close to Baybrook mall, 20 min to downtown, 35 min to Galveston, 14 min Hobby airport. Baybrook mall is just 8 min with lots of restaurants and great shopping.

You're right on Galveston bay with an opportunity to wake up to Texas' most beautiful sunrises or just let the gulf air give you a moment of escape! There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.
