Our 800sq ft beachfront casitas are ideal for a couple, a family of three, or just a couple of friends traveling together. The casitas provide total privacy within the openness of the studio layout. The front of the casitas open up onto the patio through a huge 12-foot wide pair of French doors that bring the ocean view and breeze right into your casita. Casa Gracias is an oceanfront home with breathtaking views of the beautiful Pacific ocean and the sunrise over the spectacular Sierra Madre Mountains behind the house. Located on Playa Careyeros, between Punta de Mita and Sayulita. Access the surfing, great swimming, snorkeling, beautiful beaches, picturesque towns and delicious cuisine the area is so well known for! Smart Bamboo Blend sheets and black out curtains in the downstairs King bedroom for serene nights and tranquil mornings.

The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.
