Also close proximity to beach. This property is waterfront on Sabine lake with a 400 ft private pier, great fishing, a good place to tie up your boat. Night fish on the pier under the many lights and don't forget the awesome views. Short term renters are upstairs and share the outside areas & pier.

3 Bedroom House - Centrally Located PA/BMT/Orange

Close to all the industrial sites in the Port Arthur/ Beaumont area. Pets allowed. Having been a traveling pipefitter, I furnished the home with everything contingent workers need to be comfortable. Two fully furnished bedrooms with queen beds, a third bedroom with a futon. There are a also a twin airbed and queen airbed in the closets. Full sized refrigerator, microwave, Kuerig and drip coffee makers. There's a one car garage and the driveway will fit two more cars.
