This UP diamond in the rough is located in the old mining community of Nort' Lake; once a bustling and rustling proud community (Circa Late 1800's). Now, a quiet neighborhood ideal for bicyclist, hunters, fishing enthusiast and resting after countless adventures here in the beautiful Upper Peninsula. Fully-furnished 1-bedroom apartment. ONE parking space is available in the garage and plentiful street parking (the garage cannot accommodate large/oversize vehicles). IMPORTANT NOTE: There is no street parking between Nov. 1 and April 1. This is a well-kept older home with not too many quirks. The apartment is on the top level of the house. In the event you may have allergies or other concerns, be aware that the owner lives on the first level of the home with a dog.
