Αυτός ο κομψός χώρος διαμονής είναι ιδανικός για ομαδικά ταξίδια. Παρέχει ιδιωτική πισίνα και βεράντα με θέα στο καταπράσινο βουνό. Βρίσκεται στο Νέο Κλήμα ( Ελιος) και απέχει 400 μέτρα απο τη θάλασσα. Η βίλα αποτελείται απο σαλόνι ( με καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι ) ,τραπεζαρία, κουζίνα ( πλήρως εξοπλισμένη), απο 3 υπνοδωμάτια , με ανατομικά στρώματα ( εκ των οποίων το ένα έχει καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι και μίνι μπαρ ) , 3 μπάνια και 1 WC.Επίσης στη γειτονιά υπάρχει free parking

3 cute cottages, named Mulberry tree, Daphne and Chestnut tree, with private pool each one, and very nice surrounded terraces full of trees, plants and flowers, located at Potami (means river) area, between Agnontas beach and Panormos beach. They are full of character with elegant interior decors, entirely suited to the gloriously peaceful rural setting. They are set on the hillside overlooking the Potami valley, on land that has been in the owner's family for over 100 years.

The fully renovated three-story Villa Skopelita offers a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds, and an extra single sleeping option via a pouf bed in the living room, ideal for a child. "Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

There is 1 bedroomwith a double bed,a living room with a double sofa bed and a single bed if needed, a large kitchen and a large bathroom. The breathtaking balcony overlooks the Aegean sea, Skiathos and Euboea.

ΑΓΓΕΛΟΣ (Angelos) Apartments

Το σπίτι (85τ.μ.) βρίσκεται στο χωριό Νεο Κλήμα ('Ελιος), 18 χιλ. από τη χώρα της Σκοπέλου και 80 μέτρα από την πλαζ όπου μπορείτε να κολυμπάτε. Στην ήσυχη γειτονία μας και σε απόσταση περίπου 60 μέτρων υπάρχει mini market, ταβέρνες, στάση λεωφορείου και στα 30 μετρα παιδίατρος. Στο χωριό μας υπάρχει επίσης ΑΤΜ της Εθνικής και φαρμακείο.
