Basement suite - No kitchen - for simple stay

Best for travellers or workers just looking for a place to shower/sleep as there is no real kitchen for cooking. NOTE: It's a basement so naturally cooler. The entrance is in the backyard so it requires walking around - not suggested for people with mobility issues. No tv or coffee machine. We have a 10-month old, he doesn’t cry or walk but could make sounds when excited. Guests have private access to the basement including 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with single bed, and washroom.

While we do our best to minimize the noise from the kids, you will likely hear them running around and playing.

Angie’s Place is a bright basement apartment in a single-family home with a private exterior entrance from your own patio. Located in West Ottawa just steps away from the Kanata Centrum. A 10-minute walk gives you access to many restaurants, grocery stores, LCBO, and more! Only a 5 minute drive to the Canadian Tire Centre and Tanger Outlets. The property includes a parking spot but is also steps away from an OC Transpo Bus stop. There is a friendly dog that lives on the premises.

This is a guest suite attached to the house in peaceful nature with wildlife, less than 30 minutes drive from Ottawa downtown. It has its own separate entrance to give guests full privacy. The living room has a mini kitchenette for light use. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The unit is only rented to one guest at a time; you will have the entire unit during your stay. Starlink was newly installed, and the internet is fast for remote telework!
