La Casetta di Trignano. Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

La casa si trova nel bel borgo, a vocazione enogastronomica, di Torano Nuovo, "paese del gusto","Città del Vino" e capitale del Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Nelle vicinanze vi sono le città di Ascoli Piceno, San Benedetto del Tronto, Civitella del Tronto con la Fortezza, oltre alla Costa Adriatica. Possibilità di fare escursioni in MTB e "Walk in Nature".

Benvenuti! Ci troviamo in una zona tranquilla nei pressi di Nereto, tra le colline abruzzesi. Il nostro appartamento può ospitare da 1 a 5 persone. Se amate il mare, troverete diverse località balneari a pochi km, come Alba Adriatica e Tortoreto Lido (bandiere blu 2022). La centralità del nostro paese vi permetterà di visitare, oltre alle località costiere, alcuni tra i Borghi più belli d'Italia, passeggiare tra i nostri campi di ulivi o fare tour in bicicletta ed escursioni! This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
