Brent & Jean's Grain Bin Inn (Barn)

This one bedroom Grain Bin converted to a tiny home in the heart of the Midwest, has all of the comforts of home! You have the entire bin to yourself, complete with a kitchenette, full bathroom. You will have to be able to climb stairs to get to the main bed, but there is a futon on the main level. The exterior faces the corral where our cattle and horse may sometimes be, and free range chickens that may roam toward you, especially if they think you have food. We may eventually add more animals!

The Cozy Cave Jetmore Apartment

This is a lower level of a Duplex house, 2 entrances, entered from outside only. Master bedroom, with King size bed and nightstand. One smaller bedroom with full size bed. Living room has full size couch and a hideabed , a recliner for relaxing in front of wall mounted 50" flat screen TV. free Satellite 155CH, Free Netflix, DVD. Small kitchen, garbage disposal, dish washer, electric cook stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, crock pot, Air fryer. 1/2 bath, stand-alone shower.

The Roost

1930's Limestone chicken house converted to a cabin. 1/4 mile off a paved highway. Interior space is 46 feet x 11 feet, with sloping ceiling. Tiled shower with built in seat.(No tub.) Fully appointed kitchen. Beautiful views of the Smoky Hills. Several acres of native grassland with running stream to explore. Deer, turkey, bird watching, and other wildlife. If you are going walking, wear appropriate footwear. See the stars without city lights and enjoy the unbelievable quiet.

Moscow Mule Landing

In the small town of Munjor. Just a few minutes from the Hays Airport and 6 miles from I70. Soak in the claw tub with a book (take one home) and a complimentary drink for those of age. If you're still thirsty, hit up The Well down the road! Or escape with a book in the cozy book nook. End the night under the stars beside the fire pit and land in the velvet covered Cali King bed. Start your morning winning in the gym and enjoying the sunrise on the front porch with a hot or iced coffee!

It is set in the quiet town of Liebenthal but only 15 minutes from the city of Hays. Very large one acre yard with a patio and firepit. There are 4 beds set in 2 bedrooms so you can sleep 5 people comfortably. The kitchen bar seats 6 and the living room seats 5. Pets are allowed for a fee and there is Wifi. Bedrooms are upstairs. We welcome your family!
