Super Anbindung über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Nächste U und S-Bahn-Station ist ledglich 200m entfernt, Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig mit Ausrichtung zum Hinterhof und ist somit sehr ruhig. Hochwertig, gut ausgestattete Einrichtung. WLAN vorhanden.

Wir bieten unsere helle Wohnung 48 qm für bis zu 4 Gäste in Neubiberg/München an. Sie ist voll ausgestattet mit Küche, hat ein WC-Bad, ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Doppelbett 180 x 200 und eine eine Schlafcouch 150x200 für 2 weitere Personen. Die Wohnung hat einen Zugang zum großen Garten mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Parkmöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittels ist man in 25 Min in der Innenstadt. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.
