Ihr wohnt in einer vor 8 Jahren komplett sanierten Wohnung in Schanzennähe, dennoch hat es eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Es gibt ein 1,60m Bett, HighSpeed W-LAN, 42" TV, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowell, Standmixer, Kaffeemaschine, etc... Zur S-Bahn Sternschanze sind es 7min, Holstenstr. 5min., Schulterblatt ca. 3 min...ein Supermarkt ist ca. 1 min entfernt. Falls Ihr mit dem Auto anreist, kann ich Euch einen Besucherparkschein zukommen lassen (3,-€/Tag)

Schanzen Loft-City, Messe, Reeperbahn Karoviertel

Eine tolle ehemalige Ladenfläche beim Schanzenviertel. Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Bus und Bahn fast direkt vor der Tür. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe und die City sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Das Erdgeschoss wurde von uns aufwendig restauriert und mit Badezimmer und WC im alten Treppen Kellergang ergänzt. Die Loftfläche nutzen wir häufig als Fotostudio und vermieten Sie gelegentlich an nette Menschen. Sie ist für Familien aber auch für Geschäftsreisende geeignet.

Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.
