You have your own separate space with separate entrance in a quiet residential neighborhood, 5 minutes from airport and downtown Reno. Less than one hour from Tahoe and skiing. Full large basement apartment is over 700 sq. ft. and has a separate, private entrance (with stairs) and its own backyard. Owners live upstairs. Eclectic decor - antique bedroom set, Mexican themed common spaces. This is NOT a party house. If there is anything resembling a party you will be asked to leave immediately.

2B/1B 1000 square foot condo, upstairs bedroom is a loft. Deck with hot tub overlooks the valley. Gas grill on deck. Bathroom has been totally renovated with steam shower and heated floor. Kitchen has bar for dining. Newer Appliances. Gas fireplace with remote with Furnance heat, no central air. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Maximum of 2 cars per stay, there is very limited parking. I also have supplied placards to be placed in your car during your stay. VHRP number 16-934

We're a pleasant drive from many points of interest including Mount Charleston, Red Rock Canyon, Death Valley, Ash Meadows and much more! Enjoy a quiet evening watching a movie on Netflix or visit one of the local casinos for fun and excitement. Nighttime view of the desert sky is breathtaking. Enjoy! This rental is walking distance to the grocery store, churches, the high school, and a great taco truck. It is only a short driving distance to 5 state parks, as well as the famous Panaca Spring. This would be the perfect home base for your hunting or fishing expeditions. Parking is free with room on the street for a vehicle with a trailer.

This apartment is in our backyard, above our detached garage. We are located in the quaint, beautiful neighborhood of Reno that the locals call "the old Southwest". It is very close to Midtown, which has an abundant variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. We are located near parks and the Truckee river. Also, many downtown events and happenings are located within 1- 2 miles from our house. The airport is just 3 miles from our home.
