Gypsum is 4 miles from the Eagle Airport,24 miles east of Glenwood Springs and located between Vail and Aspen. This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

1100sf, single story guest house that's a couple minutes from the town of Rifle, yet backs up to vast open space. Newly renovated 1928 house in the heart of downtown New Castle. If you like great food, laid back atmosphere and tons of outdoor activities, you'll love New Castle. This property is super unique and located right next door to the one and only Hogback Pizza!! Please keep in mind New Castle has active train tracks so you will experience the excitement of trains running through the middle of town at any time. They're loud and exhilarating!! Great for train buffs!

The Villa Costalotta

The Villa Costalotta (we are being facetious) is a standalone building separated from our cabin by a paved alleyway. We live out in the country, just 3 miles from Eagle, with no near neighbors so mostly what you hear is the creek behind the building and the nearest neighbor’s rooster crowing. We have installed Starlink for internet service with over 100Mbps download speed.
