Ideal for Goodwood, Festival Theatre, Downs, Wittering's beaches. The beautiful canal and countryside are at the end of our peaceful street (South Bank), perfect for country walks, boat hire, canoeing (courses/ solo) paddle board hire or cycling (bikes available) to country pubs/ harbours. Inkpen Cottage, just like "the holiday" film, with annexe and extension making it very stylish and quirky. Located at the highest point of the beautiful village of Inkpen just below Combe Gibbett and the Berkshire Downlands. The Cottage is a new house in a seventeenth century beamed one with incredible views from the garden. The countryside is spectacular with more horse, bikes and paragliders passing by than cars...Dog safe Garden! The annexe is ideal for kids / grandparents

"Millhams Meade" Georgian house in Christchurch

Millhams Meade is a substantial Grade II listed Georgian house with several acres of grounds. The walled gardens extend across a bridge over the Millstream to the River Avon. Ideally located on a peaceful street in central Christchurch, the Priory, Castle, restaurants, cinema, shops are on your doorstep; Christchurch's sandy beaches and the start of the New Forest National Park are about 10 minutes by car. Christchurch Rail Station is a 13 minute walk with hourly trains to London 1h50m.

Gazing from the shepherds hut or private decking area at stunning sunsets over the lake and the abundance of birds and wildlife you probably will not want to leave these idyllic natural surroundings. It is only 1 mile from the pretty riverside town of Wareham where you can enjoy a delicious meal at one of the eateries or relax at the rivers edge.

The windows overlook the village duck pond and spring and pretty waterfall. There is parking, for your car, at your door. We're in a Dorset village with Trafalgar history, centuries old church, busy pub. The coast is only a couple of miles away. We are on the Dorset Coastal Path and the SSSI Jurasic Coast. £7.50 for a full Dorset breakfast. Evening meal £7 to £12.

Get out and explore, taking the ferry over to Mudeford Quay and Harbour for some crabbing or a fish lunch on the beach. Fire up our BBQ, and enjoy views of the Jurassic Coastline. As the sun goes down, a starlit canopy is unveiled for a magical evening. In the morning, wake up and dive straight into the sea for a refreshing swim!

We will send the door code to our guests on the day of their arrival after the previous guests have left.
