Set on a lake in beautiful Somerset surrounded by rolling countryside, it is situated halfway between the popular artisan market-towns of Frome and Bruton and a short drive from Longleat. Four solar panels power your stay, providing you with a wonderful slice of peaceful tranquility.

Laurie was in active service until September '22. Now retired from horse movement and fitted to sleep four (see photos). Wrap around deck with steps to the side living door seating area to the rear with lovely views over open countryside. Living area with mini kitchen, hot and cold water, microwave combi, two hobs, fridge & freezer compartment, table & seating for four. Log burner in living area. Fishing on farm. Indoor exercise pool payable locally. (Subject to availability) Toilet 10 meters.

Charming Shepherd’s Hut nr. Petersfield, Hampshire

Cosy shepherd’s hut for two in idyllic rural location in the village of Steep, near Petersfield, Hampshire. This locally built hut is nestled in a small dog safe field, with stunning views. This delightful self-contained retreat has a small foldaway double bed with bedding and towels, cooking area with single electric hob and microwave oven, and a bathroom with a flushing toilet and wash basin. There is an outside shower with hot water and outside eating area with fridge, sink and fire pit.

A little haven of peace in a bustling urban setting. The Bus stop at the end of the road takes you into the city centre. N.B. The hut is situated in our garden, facing our family home and there is limited outside space. The bed folds into the wall to reveal a lovely table/seating area - see below for more information about this.

Solent Haven Glamping owners converted their 1957 Vintage Airstream as a pandemic project & drove it across the USA, then bought it by boat to Southampton. Ideal for dog walkers, bird watchers, outdoor & water lovers. The New Forest is about 30-40 mins away. We are between Southampton and Portsmouth.

Relax & enjoy a memorable visit to the New Forest when you stay in our cosy 2 bed caravan. You'll have the place to yourselves with 2 single beds made up, towels provided, fridge, kettle, microwave, tea & coffee. You'll be cosy and warm in our caravan as we have heating which you can adjust to suit your needs. Please note cooker not connected. There are 2 recently refurbished pubs nearby, a short walk roughly 10-12 mins. There's also a tesco express, post office & fish & chip shop.

Our lovely Gypsy Caravan gives you the opportunity to experience it first hand, positioned on the edge of woodland in a secluded part of our garden you'll wake to the sound of the countryside ! The property has easy access to local footpaths. We are situated in a semi-rural location on the edge of the New Forest, close to the town of Romsey and the cities of Salisbury, Southampton and Winchester, ideal location to go exploring.

Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.
