The "Capeside" room is a tribute to the nearby Capeside Brewery in Southport. This name also captures the essence of Southport, a picturesque harbor town by the Cape Fear River and the ocean. The Yaupon Room has a queen bed with views of the back yard, carriage house, and ancient oak trees. With its natural beach colors, coastal furniture, seashells, and beach-themed decor, the room feels like a peaceful seaside getaway. It has a full bathroom with a classic tub/shower combo. The original 1930s pink tile inspired the beach theme.

There is a queen bed and the full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and keeps its original 1930s black and white mosaic tile flooring.

The "Pinehurst" room pays tribute to the iconic Pinehurst Golf Course, a key piece of American golf history since 1895. This room reflects Pinehurst's storied past and the classic design of its renowned Course No. 2 by Donald Ross and has its own putting game in the room. The room contains a queen bed. This room also includes a full bathroom and is the only room with a walk-in shower. The original 1930s green bathroom tile inspired the golf theme.
