The Carriage House at Walnut Pond

Charming carriage house on very private 8 acres overlooking Walnut Pond. The long driveway takes you past our vegetable/herb garden, a log cabin build in 1789 and across Little Nishisakawick Creek. The carriage house is bright & cozy with lovely views & private patio - great for nature watching. We live in the adjacent converted barn. 3 miles from historic Frenchtown on the Delaware River, close to Bucks County with a great variety of restaurants, miles of towpath & old river towns to explore.

As featured in summer 2023 Cape May Magazine, Red Knot Farm is a secluded birder and nature lover’s paradise within biking distance of beaches, wineries, & downtown Cape May. Our lovingly restored 1850 farmhouse with indoor-outdoor layout includes an expansive breeze-filled screen porch with areas for dining and relaxation. Inside, our light-filled home is furnished with a mix of vintage and contemporary furniture. Bikes are provided and a Cove Beach box stores beach chairs & your items.

Quaint Converted Barn

Terrific space with loads of light and openness. Overlooking golf course, hayloft converted into king bed with twin bunks in office nook and 1.5 baths. It's the perfect place to get away from it all. Barn converted into residence. Comfy, quiet and serene. First level has living room, dining room and a half bath with a spiral to the hayloft which is open to below and divided by closets that create the office nook but permit light over them. The barn is open, only the bathrooms have doors.

Away from the main house, It offers ample privacy. The loft bedroom (not childproof) can be reached via an easy-to-climb staircase. The KING SIZE bed ensures a restful night and is perfect for a lazy morning. Features include a kitchenette, electric fireplace, BBQ, outdoor fire pit (with wood), covered patio, and a smart TV.

The Hopewell Cottage is a true hidden gem, tucked away in the backyard gardens of the main property and nestled in the heart of a charming borough town—just minutes from everything Princeton and beyond has to offer. This cozy studio features a comfortable queen bed, classic leather club chairs for lounging, a TV, a desk, and a kitchenette area with a small fridge, sink, and basic dishware. The vintage-style bathroom includes a bathtub and shower, beautifully lit by a skylight above.

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.
