Just 90 miles north of New York City, ours is an impeccably renovated studio getaway in the heart of New Paltz on a quiet tree-lined street. Trimmed in fine wood throughout, the space is located on the bottom floor of our comfortable cedar-shake home, and features a private entrance, living area with queen bed and cozy armchairs, kitchen area. No stove. Jacuzzi walk-in bathtub, cedar-lined closet, and a big casement window that faces the setting sunrise. Perfect location for business travelers.

Our apartment is 6 miles from downtown New Paltz on a quiet and private setting only 1.5 hours from New York City, in the heart of Hudson Valley's Wine Country and apple/peach orchards. 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen living room and front porch. Fridge is stocked with eggs, bread, cheese, coffee, wine. We have a large HD screen TV and Roku, but no local cable. 7 miles from Mohonk Preserve and 10 miles from Gunks climbing area, and great Cross-country skiing. Self check-in

Our private apartment is within a charming cape cod house with everything you need for a getaway to the Hudson Valley. Approximately 425 sq ft. apartment includes a bedroom, bathroom and eat in kitchen. 1 mile from center of New Paltz and 5 minutes walk to rail trail and Huguenot street. Bedroom has queen size bed, brand new mattress as of May2025, 40" flat screen smart tv. Full kitchen with everything you need and parking for up to 2 cars. Patio area has two chairs and a gas grill.
