Brooklands Road Guest suite

Our modern, self-contained downstairs section is available for you when you visit beautiful New Plymouth. It will provide all you need for a short getaway. We live near a shopping centre and of course the stunning Pukekura Park and the Bowl of Brooklands where all the International and local Shows are held - these are both within walking distance from our place. We welcome all guests from all walks of life to come and see our lovely city and all that it can offer you - Mountain, sea and surf!

Cosy by the Sea

We offer you a private, warm, small quiet space neatly contained on the ground floor of our family home. Our quiet street sits right above the ocean where you can hear the lapping waves of the Tasman sea from your private courtyard, and have unlimited views out to the horizon. You'll want a camera for the sunsets. The entrance to the room is separate from the entrance to our house, so one has complete privacy. We offer modern bicycles for guest use at the cost of $20 per day, per bike.

Oakura Studio

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The studio is separate, fully fenced, lovely and private. It includes a relaxing little Zen garden area. The TV has all of the subscriptions. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee pods, kettle & fridge. The stunning Oakura surf beach and Black Sand Pizzeria is just a 15 minute walk away, the cute little Oakura village, cafes and restaurants, a 12 minute walk away, and the Kaitake Ranges a 15 minute walk.

Surfer’s Paradise Studio

This studio is located on a private property, tucked away at the end of a quiet cul de sac, adjacent to a picturesque golf course. The studio has it's own entrance and little deck area that can be screened off for privacy. It has an ensuite bathroom, kitchenette with electric benchtop hob and conventional oven with bbq and a dining table, mini fridge, tea & coffee making facilities and toaster. The room has a heater for Winter and a fan and sliding doors for Summer months. Wifi available.

Te Henui walkway is 2 minutes walk away which leads you straight onto the foreshore walkway. Quick walk up the road to the locate supermarket, Pharmacy and Stumble Inn Cafe & Bar. Less than 5 minutes drive to central New Plymouth. Includes free Wifi

Located in a newly built subdivision just 5 minutes drive from New Plymouth Airport, and 10 minutes to the city centre. An enjoyable spot to relax and enjoy views down to the sea. A small local shopping centre is 3 mins drive away with supermarket, pharmacy, cafes and take-aways for your convenience. Our aim is to make your stay an enjoyable time away.

Ocean view on Turehu

Our sunny self-contained north facing studio apartment is located in the popular suburb of Merrilands. It is a 5 minute drive to the city centre. We are located down a right of way with lovely ocean views. It is a newly built downstairs space with modern amenities and a separate entrance. There is a garage next to the studio where you can store bikes. Complimentary unlimited ultrafast fibre. One free off-street parking space is provided beside the studio entrance.

A bed by the beach

Comfortable self contained studio, with own access, 1 Double bed, own shower and toilet, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster , hot plate 2 elements., TV. Shopping centres, laundrette, takeaways, and cafes nearby. We no longer supply breakfast but milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar is supplied. Off street parking. 5 minutes to airport, 2 minutes to the beach and walkway. NOTE: due to thickness of the concrete walls WIFI is positional. ADULTS ONLY

Young Street Private Gem - So Close to Town

This self-contained unit is located less than a 10 min walk from New Plymouth town and costal walkway. It boasts a warm cosy space with all the amenities you need. It has a separate entrance from the main home allowing for more privacy with its own bathroom and kitchenette (with microwave, two elements, fridge, kettle and toaster). There is plenty of free street parking as well as a single car parking space next to the airbnb (for small cars only).

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette (Toaster, Microwave and Fridge) Close to city centre, walkway and Port. We live upstairs, but the downstairs area is private with a seperate entrance. Walk towards the sea and turn left along the walkway towards the Port, Ngamotu Beach and cafes. Turn right on the walkway and a 10 minute walk away is the Aquatic Centre and Destination Kāwaroa.
