Lake Bonaparte Camp

Beautiful boathouse on the water with a separate bunkhouse with bathroom located on picturesque Lake Bonaparte on the foothills of the Adirondacks. We have a tandem kayak for use just bring your life jackets. A new Keurig to make your morning coffee to sit on the front porch and enjoy the loons. We have all new mattresses throughout, a new grill and bathroom towels are provided. There is a boat slip available on the side of the boathouse. Lake Bonaparte is 40 min from Watertown.

Lighthouse Cottage - The Ledges Resort & Marina

Welcome to the Ledges Resort & Marina! We are located on the St. Lawrence River across from Boldt Castle and Sunken Rock Lighthouse. We have ten cottages of various sizes spread throughout the property. Six acres of landscaped grounds and gardens wander along the river for your enjoyment. We have decks, hammocks, and gazebos along the water. The large in-ground pool is newly renovated. Each cottage has their own firepit with Adirondak chairs, and we provide firewood for free!

Guests have access to the docks, shared kitchen, BBQ grills, campfire, kayaks, etc. as part of the Silverlaken Estate.

Boathouse experience on the Seneca Canal in Watkins Glen, NY. Beginning in 2021, the Anchor Room is allocated both floors of the front of the Pipe Dream Boathouse. This unit has 2 floors, 12 x 30 each. The first floor is a large kitchen, living room and laundry area. The 2nd floor is a bedroom and full bathroom. The rooms overlook the Pipe Dream boat slip. In 2024, the dock stairs are now fully enclosed making this unit private to guests.

Lake George Waterfront Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish waterfront cottage. Located by Sandy Bay on Lake George, on Cleverdale Rd which is the east side of the lake. Amazing mountain and lake views. Enjoy patio seating off the living area. Access (shared) to open and covered boathouse for lounging, dining, or entertaining. Take a jump off the boathouse right into the lake! Hiking within minutes as well!

Anchors Away

This unique "Anchors Away" Floating Cottage is located on the Seneca/Cayuga Canal which is part of the Erie. Very comfortable for family vacations. Lots to do in the Finger Lakes area; museums, State Parks on close by Lakes, wineries, Outlet Mall shopping center. NOTE: Linens and towels are not provided.
