Our tents are located in Bison Trace Trace Luxury Camping. They are situated on twenty-seven beautiful wooded acres along historical French Creek. The luxurious furnished tents come with a queen bed, a double bed and a bunk bed. A kitchenette with everything you need, a firepit, smoker grill, picnic table, and Adirondeck chairs. If that's not enough our tents have heat and air AND a private bathroom at our newly remodeled bathhouse. The grounds feature a recreational building and community area.

Bobcat Bungalow offers an off grid experience nestled on 4acres utilizing solar power and gravity fed potable water incorporating reclaimed materials in much of our design.

Fido's Vineyard Camp - The Old Catskill Game Farm

Located in what was once a large animal pen, the site is fenced in and is perfect for anyone traveling with dogs. Grape vines grow throughout the space. Stay at and explore what was the site of The Catskill Game Farm, America's first and largest privately owned zoo. The property sits on 203 mountainside acres with 100+ buildings and old animal shelters, 3.5 miles of paved pathways and remnants of the abandoned zoo still in tact. The perfect campsite getaway on a truly unique Catskills property.

At the edge of a wildflower meadow with mountain views, this beautifully furnished glamping tent has two queen beds, front porch and private rear deck. Each of our four tents has a kitchenette in the Lodge. Sweet new Bath House. Enjoy wood-fired pizza (most but not all nights) and our new all natural wood hot tub (booked for private experience for $25) . 40 acres of meadows, woods, pond, streams and trails. Nightly bonfires and star gazing, a nearby lake and rafting in the Hudson River.

Located on 5 acres shared with a family homestead, it’s surrounded by wildflowers, gardens, and a roadside farmstand out front. Enjoy optional add-ons like farm tours, U-pick harvest baskets, and photoshoots. Evenings glow under string lights with a fire pit and games. Overlooking the Susquehanna River, canoe/kayak access just a couple a minutes away.

Succurro : Tent with a View - Flow

A perfect getaway or adventure for friends, couples or small families! This listing is for one of 4 raised platform tents, located at the top of a hill, with a beautiful view. The tent has 1 queen bed, a set of shelves and drawers for storage, and front porch to relax on. There is a fire pit, outhouses, outdoor showers (cold only!), trails woods to roam, and stream to wade in. Bring your groceries - there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grills, fridges, and all the necessities!

River's Edge Sunset Campsite

Stunning location with all the amenities for a truly memorable fall or winter adventure. Snuggle by the fire, hike the woods, or read a book in the comfort of your tent. Please note that in the winter months steady attention to wood stove is essential! Loading wood is required every 4 hours and takes some skill but with patience is extremely rewarding and tent will stay an easy 70-80 degrees. Although there is also an electric heater, this is sufficient only down to freezing.

Forestasaurus Glamping

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in a large canvas bell tent with a real, full size bed. Tucked into the woods, just a short distance from Watkins Glen and the Seneca Wine Trail. The shared modern bath house is a short walk from the site with running potable water and a shower. The property is off grid (no electricity) which means excellent star gazing! Linens are provided. The site also has a fire pit with seating for relaxing. See “other details to note”

Heron in the Hill Glamping is all the fun of camping with all the convenience of a hotel. You will have your own beautiful canvas tent everything is set up for you on arrival. Relax by the Firepit at your site or wander the property play a game of volleyball if you have a group or try your hand at corn hole We have an 18 hole mini golf that is free to play. If you like hiking we are directly across from Stone Church with hiking trails, a cave and a waterfall.

Lake Tent #1 @ The Silverlaken Estate

Lake Tent #1 at The Silverlaken Estate rests on the shore of Silver Lake, minutes from Letchworth State Park and the village of Perry NY. It features a queen bed with a short walk to the restrooms, shower and kitchen facilities for our tent guests. This unique accommodation provides breathtaking views of Silver Lake. Each lake tent has a rain tarp to protect you from bad weather. We provide bedding, bath towels, and toiletries for our lake tents guests.

Milkweed Camp - Glamping in a Blueberry Field

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.
