Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.

Tucked out of the way of busy roads or city life but only a short drive to all the amenities of civilization. Keep an eye out for deer, ducks, beavers, hawks and other scenic wildlife out the back window/patio. There’s even a couple bald eagles that live nearby. This tiny house is located three walking blocks from the Village of Utica. Located on the edge of a hayfield, guests will be able to watch deer in the evening and see the chickens free range the farm. The silo is attached to the tiny house and creates a master bedroom. Kitchenette, queen bed and a bathroom give guest privacy while being close to town.
