Our home is centrally located within a mile of downtown Newberg near its restaurants and bars. You'll be a 5 to 20 minute drive to the multitude of beautiful wineries Oregon has to offer. Welcome to Sherwood Hollow! This completely refurbished retreat is a large 1200 square foot downstairs suite in our 1960's home. This spacious area has a large living room, eat-in kitchen, and spacious bedroom. The unit is private and completely closed off from the upstairs. Our home is located just a short walk from Old Town Sherwood and beautiful Stella Olsen park. This unit is near the bottom of a hill, a bit of a climb coming up from Old Town, and the driveway is on an incline.

Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place. We live on the property (next door) with ample privacy/gardens between our place and the farmhouse.

Close proximity to several local wineries and views of the red hills and Stoller Winery. We live in the main house away from the cottage. Steve is retired and I am a local real estate agent. We have a dog named Gunner that loves to visit everyone.
