Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Inside, the three king sized bedrooms feature luxury bedding beneath vaulted, oak-beamed ceilings and period windows. Sky TV, Sonos speakers.

The White House is a unique stylish home overlooking the river Severn in the picturesque town of Upton with private mooring for fishing or for a riverboat. It has three double bedrooms beautifully decorated. The main one has a kingsize bed and river Severn views from balcony. A tasteful designer shower room.The kitchen/ Dining room is open plan and fully equipped with a marble central island. A further lounge looks out onto the river . Also offers a rear courtyard garden, free parking and wifi.

The village has 2 pubs and a village shop and is perfectly situated for easy access to Cheltenham Festivals, Upton-upon-Severn and the Cotswolds. Wonderful walks directly from the cottage. An easy 10 minute dawdle along either a pavement route or a shorter field/footpath route into Upton upon Severn. Malvern Hills a short drive away. Lots to explore.

With cosy underfloor heating throughout, this is a special place, with only 5 star reviews! The Malvern Hills, and the new Cotswold Designer Outlet are on the doorstep, the Cotwolds Hills, Jeremy Clarkson's pub and Diddly Squat Farm are less than an hour away. Well behaved dogs welcome by arrangement.
