Charming 2 Bedroom Apartment in Historic Ipswich.

In the heart of historic downtown Ipswich, the John Brewer house has been a family home since 1680! This fully renovated apartment features many modern amenities, like hi-speed internet, 50" and 55" televisions with streaming channels. There is parking for two cars, and we are a short walk to Market Street, the commuter rail to Boston, a large park for children, and many fantastic local restaurants. Drive to Boston or Maine in 45 mins; Salem or Gloucester in 30 mins; Crane Beach in 10 mins!

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

The apartment has been thoroughly cleaned and meets all covid-19 standards.

The space is about 900sqft; 1 bathroom, king bedroom, queen bedroom, queen pull-out couch, and an additional room in which a twin bed can be put (upon request). It will comfortably hold 4 adults, but will accommodate up to 7.

It's also a quick trip to Maine, New Hampshire and Boston. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and wake up to chirping birds. Located next to the Blue Inn. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and pet friendly (upon approval). Holiday rates are extra please inquire. There is a pet fee.

When you get in to this apt/loft you will be amazed by the comfort and cozy set up. This unit is located downtown Ipswich on the third floor with a beautiful view where you can enjoy sunsets and have a place to hang out. NOT RECOMMENDED for elderly people because of the stairs. there are three sets of stairs, also if you are traveling with young children or toddlers need to be aware of the height and the whereabouts.

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.
