Welcome to The Nook, your little haven nestled just below the Arreton Down Nature Reserve, your home away from home in our historical Arreton Manor. The Nook is beautifully airy with wonderful, high A-lined ceilings spanned by old heavy oak beams with large windows overlooking the gardens. You will have a private guest suite which is comprised of a bedroom, shower room, kitchenette, living area, patio and Hydropool hot tub. Expect soft towels and cosy bedding. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT NEAR THE NEW FORREST NATIONAL PARK! This cozy cottage was the former Stables and lies in the grounds of the historic Merston Manor House dating back to 1605. The Cottage is approached by its own drive from Chapel Lane and has adjacent private parking. This cottage is next door my other listing Quaint Coach House Cottage which maybe available if this is not. We have a minimum 3 night booking but can be flexible on request. Located on the outskirts of the seaside resorts Sandown and Shanklin and within walking distance of beautiful countryside and woodland. Alvestone nature reserve and squirrel hide is also within walking distance.

Brambles Shepherd’s Hut

Situated in a quiet rural location with stunning views over open countryside, this shepherds hut has everything you’ll need for a memorable stay on the Isle of Wight. Finished to a high standard, with separate bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable living space with log burner, smart TV and great WiFi. The kitchen has a two ringed hob, fridge/freezer,microwave and air fryer. The outdoor space boasts its own private garden with a stunning patio,hot tub, garden furniture and bbq.

Queensbower Cottage stable is newly converted with 2 ensuite bedrooms, one double and one twin. A double sofa bed is also available for use in the lounge with a downstairs shower room and toilet. A cot bed is also available on request. We are situated in an area of outstanding beauty, alongside a bridle path with no passing traffic. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the downstairs of the stable. Our garden is large, child-friendly and surrounded by fields.

Inside both spaces are open plan with a king bed in each bedroom on one side and a smart bathroom on the other. As the stars appear you might hear the hoot of the resident barn owl!
