Our newly renovated cottage is comfortable and practical. We are near beaches, restaurants, Highlands Link Golf and many walking trails. Located on the beautiful Cabot Trail there is lots to see and do, especially if you are a nature lover. The fully equipped cottage allows you to prepare all your own meals or you can enjoy superb coffee and locally sourced foods at the Salty Roses and Periwinkle Cafe which is located on the same property and also features Maritime artisans work. One bedroom cottage in Normans cove a fishing village just an hour outside of St. John's. Queen bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. One and a half bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen, living room, large decks with a barbecue and lounge furniture. It has all amenities, including cable, internet, and an eclectic collection of books. It is suitable for a single person looking for tranquility, or a couple looking for a getaway. It is not suitable for children. Available long/short term.

This property is located on the Humber River with a backyard perfect for campfires or sitting down by the water relaxing enjoying the sunrise or sunset. We are only a 7 minute drive from the airport with a grocery/convenience store within walking distance of the property.
