Just minutes from Historic Downtown and George Street (walk down and stumble back or maybe a cab) St. John's Farmers Market, Avalon Mall, Memorial University, Health Science Centre and St. Clair's Hospital. The best bakery in city -The Old Dublin Bakery is literally at your front door with the most delicious pastries.

This spacious jellybean row house puts you just a couple of blocks from downtown restaurants & gift shops, plus it's closer to George Street than the popular Sheraton Hotel. It's a best-of-both-worlds location, both quiet and close to the park, but only a 10-15 minute walk from all the downtown nightlife!
