Located next to beautiful Umina beach!! Only 30 metres walk to the sand, sea and sunrise. Enjoy the sound of the ocean while reading a book or dining in our lovely cottage & courtyard. 20 metres to popular cafes, parks, Kids play Ground, bike/skateboard track, basketball & Tennis crts. 8 min walk to popular Umina shopping strip. Our cottage has one King bed, one King single bed and a sofa bed which folds out to a single bed. Most suited to a couple, or couple with one or two young children.

Bus stop, shops, restaurants and brewery a 10 or so minute walk, with beach close by. Breakfast items (eggs, milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee) are provided. Outdoor smoking area available. Extra guests: $40 NB: Wi-Fi is available, but, in the case of a service outage, we cannot guarentee internet availability. Likewise, TV w/ Netflix subject to availablity.

Palms Reach, a lovely, characterful, weatherboard home, set amongst gum trees and palms, is in a very quiet street just a two minute drive (or 10 minute walk) to Avalon Beach, Careel Bay, Avalon shops, Cafes and Restaurants. Birdlife abounds...wake up to the sounds of kookaburras, magpies and lorrikeets. We have a 8 year old Labradoodle named George. He loves everybody and everything...he will, however, be kept completely separate from your space, unless of course you would like to meet him.
