We are minutes from Seneca, 10 miles from Clemson, under an hour to downtown Greenville, Highlands or Cashiers. The outdoor seating area is a perfect place to unwind at the end of a busy day, also features a fire pit & outdoor grill.

A rustic industrial style Lake Keowee lakefront escape that places you right on a panoramic point in a private cove. Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Architect James Fox designed this cantilevered cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. The Cottage

BRAND NEW 490 sq ft tiny house/cottage nestled in the woods in a country setting. Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

Elderwood Escape near Clemson

Elderwood Escape is very convenient to Clemson, Seneca, Lake Keowee, and Lake Hartwell. Death Valley and the Clemson campus is just over 3 miles down the Highway. There are 3 full size grocery store within 2 miles. The house is next to Old Clemson Hwy but hidden by mature trees in an established neighborhood. We were also working on upgrades as time goes on. Come and enjoy a convenient and private getaway!

It also includes a covered patio overlooking a seasonal garden and surrounded by towering trees. You will have nearby access to Lake Hartwell, Clemson Experimental Forest, Clemson University and much more.
