Separate entry, gated driveway, and five pastoral acres to enjoy right outside your door. We are 10 mins from downtown Covington, 10 minto Int’l Horse Park, 2 mins to Cinelease Studios, & 5 mins to I20. (Discounts for film/tv industry-ask!)

Looking to spend some quality time with your family or alone. This cozy basement apartment is the perfect option for you. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, & can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The property is located less than 4 miles away from the GA International Horse Park, 11 miles away from Vampire Stalkers (The Vampire Diaries), & 28 miles away from downtown Atlanta. The house is a shared living space, but don't worry, the basement is totally private & has its own entrance.

The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!

Please be advised: The unit is located in a studio apartment in the rear of the family home. The walk around the house is slightly slanted and if you have small children or mobility issues it probably would not be for you. The only thing we share here is the driveway!

Cozy Cottage

An historic mill home built in 1920. Completely restored with every comfort. You’ll have your own entrance including a porch swing. This is a gentrifying neighborhood. Some of the neighbors are low income but I’ve never had any problems with safety or theft. You can actually see the police station from the house. (There use to be a door (and curtain) that connected the two sides of the duplex that is NO longer there.

Less than a mile to Mystic Falls, Covington Square

Welcome to the Hollywood of the South. Home to the filming of Vampire Diaries, Legacies, Dukes of Hazard, Remember the Titans, and more. This mother-in-law suite with a separate entrance is walking distance to the downtown square which has restaurants, roof top bars, Bread and Butter Bakery, escape room, painting classes and axe throwing. Also enjoy walking trails connecting the suite to the downtown.
