The Coachhouse is cosy and quiet. It has its own entrance and is completely separate from the main house. There is a private gated courtyard that guests are also welcome to use. Only 5 minutes from East Kilbride and 20 minutes from Glasgow but surrounded by fields and countryside Full use of the Coachhouse and the courtyard next to it Feel free to contact me with any queries by phone, text, e mail The property is only a couple of minutes from the village of Carmunnock, a pretty conservation village and the only official village left in Glasgow. There is a local shop, pharmacy, and an excellent restaurant in the town. There is parking next to the Coachhouse. Getting around by car is ideal but we are also only minutes from two train stations and there are regular buses in the village minutes up the road. We have two dogs but they are friendly and kept in the main house or our back garden.

The Rookery

Eaglesham was designated Scotland’s first outstanding conservation area in 1960. The Rookery is a self contained one bedroom flat in the heart of Eaglesham. Shops, pub and restaurants are within walking distance. The Rookery is an ideal base to discover the surrounding area with a wealth of sporting activities; water sports, golfing, fishing, walking and cycling. Situated close to the city of Glasgow an array of activities beckons; museums, restaurants, concert venues as well as retail therapy!

This house is set in a quiet culdesac within commuting distance of Glasgow city and also the Shopping areas of East Kilbride and Newton Mearns. The rear garden is enclosed and the front is open.

Beautiful traditional tenement flat in Shawlands, the buzzing south-side of Glasgow. Queens Park, trendy bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are on your doorstep. Glasgow city centre is easily accessible within 10 minutes by train or slightly longer by bus.
