Ideally placed a short stroll (1.7miles) to the centre of Bath, you can walk or cycle along the canal path or if that’s to energetic just hop on a bus which leave every 10-15 minutes. A characterful & unique cottage, fab location close to the heart of the city. Comfortable, stylish and cosy, perfect for Shops, Museums, Restaurants and all the sights of the City. Within a five minute stroll is The Royal Crescent, The Circus, Michelin starred Olive Tree Restaurant and locals pub The Chequers. It's a tad over a ten minute walk to The Thermal Bath Spa. The house has speedy Fibre Broadband Connection. Use Charlotte Street Long Stay Car Park, 10 mins walk from the cottage.

Leave stress behind and relax in the grounds of a grade II listed Manor House in the heart of the beautiful Somerset countryside. You can step out of the front door into the fields. There are miles of footpaths to explore. You can enjoy Bath, a Unesco World Heritage city, its buildings, history and restaurants, visit the hustle and bustle of Bristol, explore the countless picture postcard villages, pubs and cafes or visit a range of National Trust properties. Something for everyone.

The Annex at Carclew

A short walk to the centre of Bath, nestled on top of a quiet valley, The Annex at Carclew is the perfect base from which you can enjoy our magnificent national heritage city. Our amply appointed kitchenette and Netflix fitted TV in the bedroom make The Annex a snug and contemporary place to kick back and relax after enjoying the sights of Bath. PLEASE READ: Bath is surrounded by 7 hills, we are lucky enough to live on one so please consider this factor if you have mobility issues.

The Old Stable, between Bath and Bristol

Half way between Bath and Bristol is our charming and cosy eighteenth century newly renovated old stable. This unique space is the perfect retreat for two in a village location with Georgian Bath six miles in one direction and vibrant Bristol six miles in the other. And when you want to escape from the delights of these very different cosmopolitan centres there are many beautiful walks here on the edge of the Cotswolds to explore, with two lovely country pubs within walking distance.

Beautiful self-contained lodge in quiet village

The guest house is self-contained, with parking and a private courtyard. The wooden clad lodge makes the perfect get-away with its beautifully decorated interiors. The lodge has a kitchen, breakfast bar for dining, lounge, bathroom & one bedroom with a double bed. Set in the historic village of Saltford, it’s within walking distance of Saltford Golf Club and is the perfect base for exploring the heritage city of Bath (10min drive) and the bustling city of Bristol (20min drive).

A cosy, warm and romantic room for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. PLEASE NOTE narrow steps lead down to the private front door, these may not be suitable for people with mobility issues to access. There is a wood burning stove installed. The Bathroom is contemporary in style with an electric shower, sink and toilet. There is a small separate area to make tea and coffee with a fridge, toaster and microwave. If not available check our other apartment.

This light contemporary space is 25-minutes’ walk from the centre of Bath or a 20-minute walk to the Royal Crescent. This nicely proportioned annexe is next to our home but completely detached. It is a self-contained unit with its own entrance, off-street parking, and south facing garden views and private deck. This quiet and secluded location is ideal for a weekend in Bath or a weekday base for professionals. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Owl Cottage

This converted barn is one of three cottages situated at the end of a quiet lane on the family's working sheep farm in the picturesque village of Kelston. Although only ten drive minutes from the centre of Bath and 20 minutes from Bristol it is set in beautiful countryside surrounded by rolling hills. It is a cosy single storey property with a luxuriously large corner whirlpool bath, electric 'wood burning stove' effect fire and pretty wrought iron bed.

Peaceful countryside bungalow just 10 mins from Bath by car or bus. This spacious 1-bed ensuite cottage sleeps up to 4 with sofa beds in the conservatory. Features a private garden, underfloor heating, a large kitchen, and cosy lounge with garden views. Ensuite with walk-in shower and bath. Conservatory can be used as a second bedroom. Private parking, washer/dryer, and helpful hosts nearby. Ideal for couples or families.

Our coach house is 10 minutes from Bath city centre with its world heritage sites and high quality entertainment, cuisine and shopping. You’ll love the cosy cottage feel, and our warm and friendly welcome. It's a really convenient location with local shops, free and secure off road parking and frequent bus links to the city. Our place is good for couples, solos, for short breaks or tourists.
