Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

There is no kitchen or dining room, but there is a a small dining table, two chairs, a microwave, a coffeemaker with coffee, filters, disposable tableware, a toaster, and a mini-fridge (in the closet). It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Ithaca can easily be reached by car, bike, bus, or foot.

Owego was voted the coolest small town in America, lively downtown area with many restaurants, shopping, tasting rooms all within a 5-10 minute walk. Only 25 minutes from Ithaca and Binghamton. Located along the wine trail with many great walking and hiking trails nearby! A seasonal pool is also within a 10 minute walk at the town park.
