Friendly, Cozy Farmhouse on Idyllic Family Farm

Located on our family farm—note the name of the road!—we've recently renovated the farmhouse to add modern amenities and style to its original charm. Any of the many large windows affords a view of the farm's pastures, pond, apple trees, and hills. Prince Gallitzin State Park is less than five minutes down the road. The wrap-around porch offers a shady place to relax or even enjoy a meal outside. And, though the space is all your own, we live right across the yard should you need anything.

Rock run and Prince Gallitzen state park are a few miles away. Close to Saint Francis, Mount Aloysius, Penn State and IUP and UPJ Great gathering spot for family fun and relaxation, reunions, weddings, or just a little get away. Country Cottage

Country side private house nestled in the beautiful Laurel Mountains of Pennsylvania. Minutes from Ebensburg . Sit out on the back or front porch for morning coffee, watch the local turkey or deer pass through. Minutes away from one of the inaugural Rails to Trails in the east, including The Ghost Town Trail. You can bike, or walk along the beautiful river. Fifteen minute drive to Yellow Creek State Park. 25 minute drive to IUP, Saint Francis University and Mount Aloysious College.

Peaceful retreat in the woods | 3br | King bed

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful wooded retreat! This spacious 2-story 3-bedroom house is on a quiet lane with plenty of space from our neighbors. If you love seeing wildlife, deer and turkeys are a regular sight as well as the occasional fox and black bear. If you have pets, there is plenty of space for them to run around! Well-stocked kitchen! Pets and larger groups are welcome! There is a $10/guest/day charge after the first 2 guests and the pet fee is $25 (flat rate).

Remodeled 2nd floor of Country Cottage on the edge of town. Private entrance, 1 bedroom w/ Queen bed, eat in kitchen, bathroom, livingroom and use of outdoor firepit. Walking distance to Ghost Town Trail, Memorial Park, Ebensburg town square, community swimming pool, Legends Gym, Nathan's Divide Water Shed and Lake Rowena Park. Area colleges include, Saint Francis Univ, Mount Aloysius College, Univ of Pittsburgh Johnstown, Indiana Univ of Pa, Penn State Univ, and Penn State Altoona.

The king and queen beds are Sealy Posturepedic, the daybed is Nectar, and the trundle is BeautyRest, for your sleeping comfort. Our decor is minimalist-inspired and has the essentials for your home-away-from-home stay.

This spacious log home is situated on top of a Cambria County hill that affords gorgeous views of the landscape in any direction. Guests can start their day with the vibrant color of a morning sunrise from the spacious deck and finish the evening with friends around the large fire ring. This cedar home has enough room to accommodate family and friends inside or out.

Also, we are within~ 30 miles from Indiana, Johnstown, & Altoona. Come enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery!

ZigZag Acres

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful retreat featuring a private pond and no neighbors. ADA friendly house on 30 acres surrounded by 630 acres of protected state game hunting lands. Main house recently completed full renovation. Landscaping and grounds maintenance still in progress but will not affect your stay. There is a 1 mile hiking trail loop on the property. Leave your worries behind and get lost in nature.

Comfort and Convenience

We have extensively remodeled this special home and brought it forward from the 1960s while maintaining its character, including the original wrought iron railing and open vaulted living room. We've also incorporated some elements of Altoona's history into the home. It's the perfect cozy and welcoming space to rest and relax whether traveling for work, visiting family, or exploring the beautiful surrounding area.
