Welcome to our super cute cosy cabin situated in the gardens of our home with it’s own separate entrance. We are very close to Portobello, Edinburgh’s seaside and 20 minutes from the city centre, making it an ideal location to explore the beautiful city of Edinburgh and the East Lothian countryside. An ideal base for couples & families, close to Holyrood Park, Arthur’s Seat and with lots of lovely bars & restaurants within walking distance. We welcome well behaved dogs, kids & their owners!

Flat in quiet neighborhood with good bus links

You will have the entire flat for use by yourself as I will likely be out of the city however there will be one room out of bounds (my own bedroom.) Only one guest is allowed in the property at any one time. This is to do with with licensing and insurance purposes and any guests found in breech of these rules will have their stay cancelled. No loud noise or parties in the flat. There is free parking on site and a bus stop around the corner with good links to the city centre and Leith.

It's a self contained extension attached to the owner's house with its own main door in a quiet residential area over looking Arthur Seat. It’s a short walking distance to the lovely Prestonfield Hotel, a unique hotel with highland cows and peacocks , which you will hear in summer. It’s walking distance to the centre and Arthur seat.
