Open, bright, clean and cozy, this beautiful and efficient cabin is found in a wonderfully pleasant and family friendly neighborhood. It was situated on site to take maximum advantage of the stunning views of Kachemak Bay and the Grewingk Glacier. This is a no-pet listing, just right for one or two people. We would love to host you!

Love Winter sports? Nordic Skiing and/or snow machines? The local road authority (Kenai Borough) keeps the roads to the Cabin clear of snow, most of the time.

Located conveniently between Soldotna and Homer AK. Approximately 40 miles north to Soldotna and 40 Miles South to Homer. Kasilof River is 24 miles, Ninilchik River is 1 mile, Deep Creek Recreational and tractor boat launch 4 miles and Ninilchick is 1 mile. Multiple local fishing charters for halibut and salmon. Historic Russian Cabin With Ocean Views

The hand hewn log cabin was built in the late 1800's by Russian settlers and is located in the historic native/Russian settlement of Ninilchik. (An idyllic village that sits on the Cook Inlet, through which the lovely winding Ninilchik River runs.) 180 mile drive from anchorage and only 35 miles from famous Homer, Alaska on the Kachemak bay. You will have total privacy but if you need anything im a 5 minute walk down the road and always reachable by phone.
