Thistle House - 5 km to Gros Morne National Park

Thistle House is located on Bonne Bay Pond, approximately 22 km north of Deer Lake and only 5 km to the entrance of Gros Morne National Park, making it the perfect base to explore Gros Morne and the west coast. If you are hiking, snowmobiling, skiing, or taking in the sights of Gros Morne then this is the vacation home that will meet all of your needs. Stay here, and make this your base to explore all the area has to offer. At the end of the day, come back to relax in this comfortable home.

Lots of light throughout this home. A great place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. There are two decks; one over looking the marina and the other with a view of the Tablelands. Close to coffee/lunch shop, boat tours, kayaking and hiking trails. Located in the heart of Gros Morne. One of the original cottage style homes in Norris Point. It will be your home away from home during your visit. A short walk will take you to the Bonne Bay Marine Station and The Cat Stop (boat tour).

Located on the south shore of the scenic Bay of Islands, Salt Spray Landing offers guests a tranquil, completely private retreat in a cottage situated between mountains and ocean. Take the private path down to the beach and walk along the shoreline to enjoy the incredible view. Fire up the BBQ, relax in the barrel sauna, or light a fire in the outdoor fire pit and let your senses indulge in the natural setting. From here, you can catch one of the most spectacular sunsets on the island!

Twilight Camping Cabin - Gros Morne Glamping (2/2)

*IMPORTANT* You will need to bring your own camping essentials. (Bedding, Cookware, Lanterns, etc) Please note - no water or electrical supply to the A Frame. Off grid camping! Our rugged A-frame camping huts are perfect for spending a night in nature! This hut includes 1 queen and 1 double bed both with mattresses, and a table/chair set. Out East B&B - Small Cabin

We're a small B&B located in Norris Point. Stay in an authentic Newfoundland salt box style house no more then a stones throw from the beach. This is a great place to relax and use as a base camp while you explore Gros Morne National Park. Norris point offers kayaking in bonne bay, and provides access to several hiking trails as well as being home to a Marine station aquarium and BonTours boat cruises. There's plenty to do for any budget.

Easily access all that Gros Morne National Park has to offer or just sit on your deck and watch out for minke whales and bald eagles. Walk two minutes to the waterfront, rent a kayak or have coffee at Gros Morne Adventures, or hike Burnt Hill. Finish the evening with a glass of wine as the sunset reflects off majestic Shag Cliff.
