This Georgian market town has lots of charm, and is the home to the famous Hall and Woodhouse brewery and their flagship hotel The Crown. The Hive is a 2 minute walk to the trailway, which is perfect for walkers, runners and cyclists. Blandford Forum is just 15 miles from the Sandbanks beach, and a short drive from the Jurassic coast. Blandford is also the home to Teddy Rocks music festival.

The cabin is under two oaks and is very picturesque and is completely on its own. It is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with access to a great range of footpaths and pub a short walk away.There are a herd of friendly local deer on site that you can be introduced too, we do not allow dogs

A fully equipped kitchen gives the flexibility to self cater or enjoy the best local country pubs. Carefully curated to provide simple and comfortable accommodation. Enjoy the local paths, galleries, historic houses and monuments. The stream and valley can be enjoyed from the seating in the small orchard opposite. Local breakfast eggs laid next door!

We are so excited about our conversion. Completely self-contained, it is a lovely, light, cosy open space with a well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and a cool sleeping platform/mezzanine. Piddlehinton is a special place, 20 mins from the Jurassic Coast and 10 mins from Dorchester, in the renowned Piddle Valley, with beautiful walks, views and our award winning pub, The Thimble Inn. We are right next door if you need anything, but if you prefer your privacy, you can be totally separate.
