Our garage apartment is on a quiet street in the beautiful neighborhood of Garden Oaks, just north of the Heights. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and parks. It is 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from NRG park and the Medical Center. You’ll love my place because it is brand new (built in 2015), clean, there is plenty of natural light and it has a full kitchen and washer and dryer. This is an ideal location for couples or business travelers.

A modern, quiet, comfortable guesthouse with a washer/dryer located 5 miles from IAH. Also close to Old Town Spring and I-45, about 30 mins from downtown Houston and 15 from The Woodlands. Small, quiet neighborhood with a great patio space that guests are welcome to enjoy. A queen air mattress and a pack n play are also available upon request. The guesthouse is fully separated from the main house, with a private entrance and parking for 1 regular sized vehicle.

The Nook (Guest Suite/Secondary Unit)

This space is completely private. You don’t share any common areas. The room A ( 12x14 ) includes its own bed, private bathroom, fridge, microwave, It has a private entrance and a private parking spot. This nook is located at the back of my home. It doesn’t connect to tmain house. “The bed takes up a significant portion of the room, so the space between the walkways is reduced. Please note that the area is limited, and we recommend caution when moving around
