Close to hiking trails, ball parks, Midwestern University, ASU West and main thoroughfares (I-17, 51, 101, & 303). After a day of working hard or hardly working enjoy a swim in the beautiful pool or stretch out on the chaise lounges. Relax on the patio swing, taking in the serenity of a yard fringed with tall trees and green grass. During our chilly desert nights head for the fire pit to warm your toes or toast marshmallows. Interior pluses include Smart TVs, surround-sound stereo, a walk-in tile-and-glass shower with a relaxing rain head and a very comfortable queen bed! Walking around the lake is so relaxing we absolutely love it. We love to BBQ on the gas grills and jump in the heated pool or the jacuzzi while we are cooking. There are wonderful restaurants near by Pappadeaux Seafood restaurant and Anzio’s Italian right down the street Castles and Coasters is a lot of fun to Close to the I-17 for easy access statewide
