Wake up to a view of the sun rising over the treetops in a light-filled bedroom with a tall vaulted ceiling of exposed beams. The big decks also offer a leafy backdrop, making them a pleasant place on . Beautifully decorated room with queen sized bed in a gorgeous cottage in Parnell . Immaculately clean, modern and homely. Room and bathroom is upstairs. The bathroom has high quality towels, linen and soap. Quiet and peaceful home but very close to the CBD and Parnell shops. One little Scottish terrier live here too. Morag (rag ) isvery well behaved and quiet. She know that she’s not allowed upstairs in the guest area. You are welcome to store your food in the kitchen and use the microwave and kettle. Tea, coffee to help yourself. Kitchen -kettle, microwave and fridge. Shared Lounge -tv, couches, Gorgeous sunny decks surrounded with trees. I'm happy to share my knowledge of Auckland and give you tips of what to see in the area. The home is large enough to meet and catch up at the end of the day or to have privacy and time to yourself. This location is also convenient for the shops and restaurants in Parnell. In addition, Auckland University, Vector Arena, and Auckland Museum are within easy reach. Buses which run frequently from the top of the street all over Auckland Close to Britomart and ferry terminal to get to the surrounding islands. I may catch a bus but most young ones walk. And some not so young ones walk I shamefully don't but thinking about it. Many tourist attractions very walkable.even for me. I have another single room upsatirs listed on airbnb. 2 Scottish terriers live here too. They are very well behaved and quiet. They know that they are not allowed upstairs in the guest area. The cottage suits a couple and in the lounge is a sofa bed for a third guest. If there is only two of you and you require the sofa bedding please let us know at booking. Located in the heart of West Auckland's vineyards and wedding venues, 36 kms from the Auckland CBD. Close by is Muriwai Beach with its gannet colony and surfing, also the magnificent Kaipara Harbour, Woodhill and Riverhead forests. Ideally situated for those travelling via the scenic Kaipara Coast and 40-60 min to AKL airport.

Lovely villa close to Ponsonby Rd and City. Light filled, sunny room, moved from another property in Freemans Bay(see reviews) so know and love the area. A perfect spot for exploring the city, and catching the ferries to Waiheke Island and Devonport also a good setting off point to visit other parts of New Zealand. All the Restaurants and Bars of Ponsonby Rd five minutes walk away also public transport to Town and the Wynyard Quarter. We are a friendly relaxed couple who enjoy meeting people.

Only 6 KM to Half Moon Bay ferry terminal, where you can sail to Downtown Auckland, or cross directly to world famous Waiheke Island for a day trip to vineyards and beaches.
