Hometown Hideaway

Hometown Hideaway is located near Ponca State Park- a great place for a weekend getaway! This charming house built in 1925 has been recently renovated and provides a great place to experience moments and create memories with friends and family. There’s lots of room for kids to play and adults to relax. Ponca has many hidden gems to discover! We are still putting finishing touches in the house, but are excited to share this beautiful home. Welcome to “The Clubhouse”. Located in Sioux City, IA. This location is nothing like you’ve ever experienced before. Tons of room to host events or family gatherings. With our bunk room we have plenty of space to have the slumber party of your dreams. We have two projectors that are linked for games, movies, events. With our in house arcade, you’re sure to be the hit of the party. All games are free except the claw machine which only cost .25 cents. Come prepared to make tons of memories.

The basement has a L-shaped family room and a toilet. Fenced backyard with patio and front porch with two comfy chairs. All linens, dishes and soaps provided. Close to both major hospitals and Briar Cliff University as well as some of the main thoroughfares make for a desirable place!

Spacious Ranch style home with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath and 2 3/4 quarter bathrooms. The main floor consists of the master bedroom with a king size bed, attached 3/4 bath and a mounted television. There's a full bathroom and 2 other bedrooms, 1 with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed. A well equipped eat in kitchen with main floor laundry as well. The renovated basement has a mounted television, office desk, extra entertaining area and 3/4 bath.

Enjoy a stylish and comfortable stay in this 3-bedroom home! The spacious dormer features a King size bed. Great house for couples with up to 4 individual beds. All of the beds and seating are super comfortable. Enjoy quiet spaces like the upstairs reading nook or hang out in the basement with a sofa, chairs, game table, and laundry. The home has one full bathroom upstairs and an additional shower (no toilet) in the basement—perfect for groups!

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Perfect for 1-5 guests! Great for work crews- 10’ counter in lower level works great as a work bench, workshop, office area and /or TV viewing. Families love the new splash pad right across the street in the summertime. Great location if you like to go on walks. Many guests comment on this! We call it Park Place because it sits right across from the park!

It has been completely remodeled with everything new and updated inside and out. The 400 square foot, open concept, is divided into a full kitchen, comfortable living room, queen size bedroom and large bathroom with full tub/shower and washer/dryer.
