Separate Private Detached 1 Room Casita for 2

Our separate/detached one room casita is private and has it's own entrance. It comfortably fits 2 guests located on the NW side of Abq, in a quiet established neighborhood. Casita is located in front of main house to the left as you enter the courtyard, Parking is in the street. Pets are allowed with an added $40 pet fee, please add to reservation at time of booking. Pets must be crated if left in unattended. No matter how well-trained or well-behaved a pet may be, accidents sometimes happen.

Relax and unwind in our Green Build casita (guest house) in a privately gated four home subdivision offering security and quiet for the discerning traveler. Perfect for solo or couples and within a few minutes walk to The Bosque trails and Rio Grande River. Bird watch, bike ride, walk along nature trails, or a short driving distance to Old Town/ Downtown Albuquerque. We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

Lovely adobe casita in a private walled compound in the North Valley. Completely renovated. Lots of character and all conveniences. Private courtyard and private gated parking with opener. 2.7 miles to Balloon Fiesta Park; watch balloons land in the adjacent field during Balloon Fiesta. Shop & dine nearby yet located in a quiet country setting near walking paths in the Rio Grande Bosque. We use only free and clear laundry products. *We live in celebration of all forms of diversity*.

North Valley Hideaway

The Hideaway is close to Old Town, Rio Grande Nature Center, Rio Grande river, Bosque bike and walking trails, and Open Space. You’ll love the Casita because of the neighborhood, it’s seclusion, the size, the quiet, the coziness. The Hideaway is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Our old dog Hopi will greet you! Pets are limited to 3, with a $20.00 fee. If you plan on leaving your pet unattended for a long time please, advise us.

The front porch has seating and the private back patio has a lighted pergola, dining furniture, & Sandia mountain views. Balloon Fiesta Park is nearby & balloons fly nearby year-round. Beautiful vega ceilings, bright natural light, and a large yard with seating to enjoy fresh air and sun. Close to I-40 for easy access to anywhere in the city. Our lovely, private casita in central Albuquerque is decorated with original art and located within easy walking distance of the University of New Mexico north campus golf course and UNM Hospital/School of Law. The kitchenette has granite counter tops and custom LED lighting. We have a private landscaped garden with sitting areas to enjoy hummingbirds and roadrunners. Wi-Fi and cable TV incl. Enjoy pristine nature in our off grid, 1bd attached apartment, nestled high in the mountains on a private road, surrounded by pinon and city views. Hiking paths start out the back door, yet all the fun of Albuquerque is only 20 minutes away.
