It is a self-contained little tiny house in my garden where you can relax, rest, and cook your meals. The annex has dedicated parking & outside patio which makes the most of the countryside location. It is close by The Grove hotel, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Leavesden film studios, & links to London via public transport & the M25

Harry Potter studio only 8 mins drive. Tesco express 4 mins and ASDA 17mins walk. Free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Washer/Dryer, Fridge/Freezer and Dishwasher available.

We have two bathrooms and a small garden for you to enjoy. All amenities are nearby including shops, award winning park and traditional local pub. Parking is free on request.
