Whitby B&B with parking and continental breakfast

Located on the edge of Whitby this is a large sunny bedroom with an en-suite. We are about 20 mins walk into town and 5 mins from Sneaton Castle. The bed is a very comfortable double. The en-suite has a toilet, shower and pretty gold glass washbasin set on natural oak. The floor has underfloor heating giving you warm feet. We give you a nice continental breakfast served in the comfort of your own bedroom. There is a parking space on our drive. Just to be aware, we do have a friendly dog, Daisy.

West Royd B&B - The Coastal Room

Located in the picturesque village of Robin Hood's Bay, next door to the Wayfarer Restaurant and close to the Victoria Hotel. West Royd was historically run as a traditional B&B for over 20 years. Following the retirement of the previous owners, it is now run as a room only Air B&B. There are 3 guest rooms available, each offers an old world Victorian charm with the advantage of all mod cons. Each individual room can be booked separately on Air B&B, this listing is for the Coastal Room only.

Cosy, double room in artist’s house.

We are NOT in the city of York, but a separate town 9 miles away, just to clarify. We moved to this characterful house in Tadcaster 5 years ago, slowly renovating with a ‘Fawlty Towers’ vibe. This double room is in the attic so feels cosy, but with dual aspect original sash windows is bright and airy too. It’s the smallest of our rooms so ideal for a quick stop over but has hanging space, tea & coffee and tv and the use of our newly fitted shower room. This room isn’t suitable for large dogs.

The Stables, an airy modern double bedroom with en suite in a lovely converted railway station with its own entrance. Situated on the outskirts of the rural village of Drax. The house is secluded and sits within 2.5 acres surrounded by trees. You will have the benefit of a shared breakfast room with complimentary cereals, toast & pastries. There is also an outside space for you to relax in. We live on the property and between us we have 40yrs of hospitality experience. 1 of 2 rooms available

This is a lovely, very spacious loft room, with en-suite. There is a TV, desk area, WiFi, tea + coffee facilities, fridge/ microwave, along with continental breakfast. Ideally situated in a quiet village, 3 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport, and 9 miles from Leeds City Centre, Harrogate and Ilkley. A list of local restaurants etc and there is a pub in the village.We are on a major bus route and Horsforth train station is 4 miles away. We are always around if you need anything - just ask!
