Glamping & Barbecue Cabin at Moorside Farmhouse

Our Glamping & Barbecue Cabin is an alternative type of accommodation for people who enjoy camping and the great outdoors, but appreciate the warmth and luxury of a solid roof. It is a very private timber cabin with a barbecue/fire pit as its centre. The seats convert easily from a comfortable cooking, eating and lounging area into three single beds. The cooker/burner will keep you warm all night. You will have 24hr exclusive access to the toilet and shower room about 10 metres from the cabin.

Crumbleclive is a beautifully restored 100 year old cabin set within the dramatic backdrop of Crunkly Ghyll. It was originally the ‘Gun Room’ for the local estate in the 1890s! The Cabin has a balcony overlooking the gorge with the River Esk rapids visible at the bottom. Surrounded by Oak trees you will feel amongst the treetops as birds gather on the branches around you and fly through the gorge below. Cosy countryside lodge with wood-fired hot tub (no bubbles). Sleeps 4,Optional private sauna hire available for a relaxing rural escape. There is Gas central heating which is on for three hours in the evening and 2 hours in the morning during the months of Oct 1st to March 31st. If heating is required after this that period there is an off grid charge of £65 for up to 3 days April 1st to Sep 30th) must be booked a week in advance x
