WELCOME Now open for 2026 and looking forward to greeting guests both new and old. Built under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is rustic themed and located around 5 mls (8km) from the A1 and 3 (5km) from the M62 motorway, with good road/rail and bus links. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

A pet friendly, modern, self-contained 1 bedroom accommodation (also double sofa bed in living area) situated in the charming village of Carleton. Easy walking distance of the local pub and shop, 2miles from the vibrant market town of Skipton “Yorkshires, Gateway to the Dales”. Ample free parking on site. A perfect location for couple/small group / family who want to relax in the great outdoors or explore Skipton and beyond. Pets/infants at no extra cost! No cleaning fees. Sky/Netfix included.

Rustling Pines at Knaresborough Lido with ramp

Relax & chill in our brand new caravan fully equipped for 6 people. Ramp, no steps. We've tried to add extra little touches. There's 2 bedrooms - 1 with a king size bed & en suite, the other 2 single beds. There's a walk in shower in the main bathroom. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge/freezer, oven & hob. There's a dining table with plenty of room for 6. The lounge has a 'U' shaped sofa and lots of space to relax, a smart TV and fire. The site has a river to swim or fish in, a pub & a cafe.

Tadpole Cottage

A Scandinavian style bungalow, set in a private 40 acre nature reserve, for 6-12 guests. The Woodland Garden, has a fantastic selection of mature Rhododendrons and azaleas extends to 1.5 acres, a fire pit with seating for 8-10, Two Decked areas, a Tree house, woodland pathway to access Allerthorpe Common. York is 20 min by car. Country Houses , Sledmere, Castle Howard and Burton Agnes are all within a 30 minute drive. Ideal location for family/ friends reunions & Hen/Stag parties welcome.

Aire Vue - A highly rated home from home

Aire Vue is a HIGHLY RATED two bedroom cottage in the central conservation area of Skipton. The High Street, Castle, Canal etc are less than 5 minutes walk away. The house has been recently redecorated and had a new bathroom installed (2024) which includes a walk-in shower as well as a new kitchen (2025). Aire Vue has quality furniture and fittings. Each bed has an electric blanket to ensure you are warm in the winter months. The living room has photographs by a local photographer.

Charming fisherman's cottage

Luxurious holiday cottage in the heart of Staithes . Longhouse is warm, quietly luxurious and comfortable, with good heating and a wood burning stove. Furnished to a high standard and exceedingly well equipped. 2 lovely ensuite bedrooms, one has a shower, the other a corner bath. A private patio garden ( a rarity in Staithes) which gets the sun in the summer months from morning until the evening, and is ideal for relaxing after a day out and about, also ideal for al fresco eating!

Rusholme Grange Cottage

Rusholme Grange's self-contained cottage is at the heart of an arable family farm surrounded by beautiful open countryside. The cottage offers spacious accommodation for four people in a large double bedroom with king-size bed, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor is a very well equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting room. We are ideally located for Selby, Goole,York, Hull, Leeds, or further afield whether you are on holiday or working.

LetAway - Captain Cook's Cottage, Staithes

Captain Cook’s Cottage is located in the heart of Staithes. It has narrow winding streets leading to various points of natural beauty. The cottage is fully equipped and sleeps 7 (2 doubles and 1 triple). No pets and no smoking. Self catering. There is walking access to activities and amenities; recommendations available upon request. Guests can park temporarily to unload but will need to park elsewhere. Glen Vale parking is recommended which can be booked online. WiFi is free.

Hootsman

Hootsman – A Cosy Cottage with a Wood-Fired Hot Tub Hootsman is a converted stone barn on our rare breed goat farm, set on the edge of Rosedale Abbey in the North York Moors National Park. Inside, you'll find an open-plan living kitchen with hand-painted units, a wood-burning stove, and an en-suite bedroom with a bespoke double bed. Outside, enjoy a private garden with a wood-fired hot tub and stunning countryside views. (Additional charge applies.)

Folly Gill Luxury eco-escape

Relax and unwind in our luxury barn conversion in the beautiful North York Moors National Park. Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay and Scarborough are within easy reach. A super-comfy emperor bed, marble-tiled bathroom/wet room with roll-top bath and walk in shower, spacious, open plan living with a bespoke kitchen await. Beautiful country walks and scenery are right on Folly Gill's doorstep which is perfectly located for exploring the Moors and Coast.
