This modern, stylish, cosy house is conveniently located in Walmer just 5 minute stroll to the beach & is a perfect modern seaside retreat! The living space is a spacious relaxing open plan layout leading to the the large kitchen diner which is fully equipped with all the appliances & utensils to make it feel like a lovely home away from home. The 3 bedrooms are all generously sized double bedrooms, the master having an ensuite +huge wardrobe/desk space & there is a beautiful family bathroom.

Bell Cottage is situated in the rural village of Ringwould in Kent which is one of the oldest villages in the country. Offering stunning walks and views over the countryside towards the coast. Located between our beautiful hometown of Deal, which was voted one of the UK's best seaside towns and Dover, home to the famous White Cliffs and Dover Castle. Both being a short drive away. Our cottage is set back approx 12 metres of the busy main A258. We are approx 2 miles from main Deal town.

The Cottage is a 6 min drive from the beach or a lovely 20 min walk taking in the woods along the way. St Margaret’s at Cliffe is a 10 min drive and has a lovely secluded beach with a cabin selling teas coffee bacon rolls and ice cream 🍨 and a lovely pub The Coastguard . Cosy, rustic, character-filled barn conversion with fantastic views over the countryside & coastline. A place to relax, reflect and be at one with nature. One of the endearing barn's features is it's original varying ceiling heights. Please be mindful that the ceiling in the bathroom, bedroom and TV seating area are very low. (Some areas are 5ft7).

Conveniently situated 10 minutes from Folkestone and Dover Town centres and the Port of Dover.The Channel Tunnel is 15 minutes away. With Ashford 25 minutes and Canterbury 30 minutes. There is a 32inch smart TV and free WiFi is included. Complimentary bread cereals tea and coffee are provided. On street parking available.
